Ordering

Every piece of Kirstie Maclaren jewellery is handmade to order.  This means the jewellery you order, is especially made for you. Due to this, and the fact that we work as a very small team, it can take up to 1-2 weeks before your piece has been completed. We do aim to get things to you as soon as possible though.  If your order is urgent please drop us an email and we can try and get your order finished and to you within your specified date.

Returns

As each piece is made to order this means we are unable to offer returns, unless a product is faulty.  If this is the case, it must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Plating

Every gold plated item is plated in a high quality plating, which is all done in house.  However, over time plating will wear off with frequent use.  We recommend not to wear plated jewellery in the shower/sea and do not allow it to come in to contact with perfume, hand cream or soaps/cleaning products.   

Sizing 

Please be aware that we are happy to send out ring sizers, so that you can get the perfect fit of your ring.
